I’m not getting any signal with my R-PLEX assay.
Check to ensure that the reagents were added correctly. Make sure that you used a Small Spot Streptavidin or Avidin plate for a singleplex assay or a U-PLEX multiplex plate for a multiplex assay. Ensure that read buffer was added shortly before the plate was read.
